OnPoint Strip

This OnPoint GH82 Blood Glucose Test Strip is designed for use only with the OnPoint GH82 and GH82 Blood Glucose Meter. The test strips are intended to be used for the quantitative measurement of glucose in fresh capillary whole blood samples from the fingertips, palm, and forearm. Venous whole blood testing is limited to healthcare Professional use only.

Storage Condition

• Test strips should be stored in the original strip vial in a cool, dry indoor area at 4-30°C.
• Do not freeze.
• Discard any remaining test strips 6 months after opening the vial.
• The expiration date is printed on the packing box and the strip vial.
• The test strip is for single use only; never reuse.
